Customer Service Representative
We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our client's retail team in Toowoomba for a minimum of 2 months, starting immediately.

About the Role:
* Deliver outstanding service to our customers as the first point of contact for phone and in-person enquiries
* Provide professional, efficient, and friendly assistance
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Provide exceptional service and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and store information
* Perform data entry and assist with general administrative tasks as required
* Process orders, manage returns or exchanges, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
* Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers
* A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Excellent attention to detail, particularly in administrative and data entry tasks
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential
* A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
