You will work on projects focussed in the areas of course renewal and transformation (CARR), assessment practices and Work Integrated Learning.Responsibilities will include: Working with partners to define clear objectives and appropriate project outcomes. Developing relevant business case and project initiation documentation (PID). Coordinating project work plans, timelines, implantation and evaluation methods. Coordinating resources, monitoring costs, and updating the Project Lead. Identifying and managing project issues, impacts and risks. Communicating with project partners, providing updates and writing project reports. Facilitating stakeholder meetings, convening focus groups and planning and coordinating project events. Monitoring and evaluating project milestones and undertaking post-implementation reviews. You will bring to the role Strong capability and experience in curriculum development in an educational setting. Extensive experience in the use of on-line educational technologies. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage and implement project plans to achieve desired outcomes within budget and resourcing constraints. High level interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of partners. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within others in a team. Previous experience in curriculum design in area of strategic importance e.g. course renewal and transformation, assessment practice or work integrated learning (desirable). Experience in using the University’s corporate information systems, including the Business Intelligence Tool, Blackboard, Student One and student data management systems (desirable).
