The Senior Coordinator will coordinate all L&D activities across the program and work closely in collaboration with business managers to develop L&D strategies and initiatives. This includes a focus on locally led development (LLD) ensuring team coherence between the L&D and LLD strategies. Activities include undertaking training need analysis, conducting annual reviews of the program's L&D strategies, as well as developing, implementing, and monitoring the progress of all L&D initiatives.
