The Role
We seek a talented and motivated Architectural Graduate to join our team. This role is ideal for a design-driven professional with a passion for architecture, particularly multi-residential projects, which is a key focus of our work. As an Architectural Graduate within the studio, you will contribute to developing innovative and high-quality design outcomes, collaborating with project teams through all design and documentation phases.

Key Responsibilities
o Collaborate with project teams to design and deliver projects from concept to completion.
o Assist in producing feasibility studies, site analysis, and design recommendations.
o Prepare and coordinate documentation for clients, consultants, and authorities.
o Attend project meetings, providing input on technical and design issues.
o Ensure compliance with local planning controls, building codes, and industry standards.
o Develop concept designs using ArchiCAD and other design tools in collaboration with the team.
o Apply knowledge of the NCC, LEP, Rescode, DCPs, and local council requirements.
o Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout all project phases.
o Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
o Continuously seek opportunities for skill development and professional growth.
Key Skills & Experience
o Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture.
o Proven experience in multi-residential projects is preferred.
o A minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate professional experience.
o Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
o Strong design, graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
o Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy and compliance.
o Knowledge of Australian building codes, planning frameworks, and industry standards.
o Excellent organisational and time management skills.
o Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve design issues swiftly and accurately.
o Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
o Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive studio culture and pursuing design excellence.
o Familiarity with the NSW planning framework.
o Experience with Connecting with Country engagement and co-design is an advantage.
