Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Sales, Reservations, and Revenue departments.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
Negotiate with key partners such as wholesalers, corporate clients, and event organizers.
Manage hotel reservations and ensure accurate listings on third-party platforms.
Analyse sales data and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
About You: Bring proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to develop and manage budgets and sales strategies.
Experience with sales tools and hotel revenue management is a plus.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results.
