About the Role
You will provide contemporary high quality human resources advice and support to deliver the Ridley relocation project. Working closely with the Mental Health division, you will be the subject matter expert in ensuring the change process aligns with industrial obligations and takes a human centred approach. You will be a compassionate individual, who communicates with influence and respect, to support teams, leaders and clients in a consistent and professional manner. Your collaborative approach will be essential to build rapport and establish strong and mutually beneficial connections.
