Operations Support Engineer Dynamics Platform
Great Southern Bank is seeking a new Operations Support Engineer Dynamics Platform to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting, newly created position within Great Southern Bank, giving you the opportunity to make a difference within our organisation! As the Operations Support Engineer, you will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Customer Service & Sales modules.
This position is open to candidates in both Sydney and Brisbane, offering you the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
Your Responsibilities:
•Work collaboratively with the delivery team and other IT functions involved in supporting the MS Dynamics CRM Platform
•Conduct upgrades, patching and any maintenance tasks ensuring key SLAs are met
•Work with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all upstream and downstream impacts are accounted for Optimisation and performance tuning of the platform implementations wherever required
•Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality
•Conducting environment refreshes to ensure data is aligned across environments
•Monitoring databases in the production environment and generate various performance metrics
•Strong working knowledge of monitoring tools and ensuring good coverage of monitoring and alerting processes for critical failure points
•Ensure pen test results are factored in platform backlog and remediations are planned in time to meet GSB audit requirements
•Logging and processing production incidents
•Troubleshooting simple incidents and ability to implement simple configuration changes in the platform
About you:
•At least 6 years professional experience within Information Technology ideally in the financial services industry, ideally across businesses or divisions
•Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science and/or certifications in MS Dynamics 365
•Experience with platform operations support in Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power App portals
•Proficiency in ITIL frameworks with strong working knowledge of Service Now change management processes
•Strong expertise in Microsoft's .NET Framework (C#), Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, FetchXML, and Web API
•Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
•Exposure to hosting applications within the Azure environment and knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
•Strong experience with Agile, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD Pipelines, QA methods and tooling
•Experience with APIs, microservices and microservice architecture
