Role Overview: We are seeking QA Assurance Lead / Senior Test Analysts to support a critical initiative within a large and dynamic Federal Government department.
The QA Lead role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and thoroughness of testing efforts for our projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external vendor partners, ensuring proper coverage, identifying gaps, and facilitating seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities: Workshop Engagement & Gap Identification: Participate in project workshops and walkthroughs to actively identify any gaps in the test coverage or processes, ensuring thoroughness and completeness.Test Approach Management: Collaborate closely with the Test Manager to review and refine the test approach.
Flag any potential issues or areas needing updates and revisions.SIT Test Case Coverage: Verify that System Integration Testing (SIT) test cases have full coverage against the associated Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
Advise the Accenture team if additional test coverage is needed.Defect Management & Test Artifact Verification: Review and verify defects across relevant environments, ensuring accurate test artifacts and evidence are captured and aligned.Test Summary & Regression Planning: Validate the SIT test summary, ensuring completeness and flagging the need for regression testing if required.Automation Collaboration: Work closely with the automation team to ensure regression scripts are properly developed and tested, ensuring robust automation coverage.Test Results Verification: Ensure that test results are accurately captured and attached by both SIT and UAT teams.Permission Set Management: Provide support for UAT and SIT teams regarding permission set account issues, ensuring seamless access to test environments.Vendor Collaboration: Actively engage with vendor partners to conduct testing as part of the delivery of the overall program or specific project components.Training & Support: Guide new team members on how to raise platform front-door tickets for account creation and resolve other platform-related issues.Debugging & Issue Resolution: Assist in debugging value stream-related issues for ETQA test members, working to quickly identify root causes.Bug Analysis & Gap Reporting: Perform in-depth bug analysis, conduct gap analysis, and prepare weekly reports on findings, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.Test Plan Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with teams to create Integration Acceptance Testing (IAT) plans for projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.Cross-Team Coordination: Arrange walkthroughs with Business, UAT, and SIT teams to review features in scope for releases, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.External Stakeholder Coordination: For integration testing, facilitate meetings with external parties, such as Liquid, Services Australia, Commission, and Siebel, to ensure proper coordination and testing alignment.To be successful, you will have: 5+ years experience as a Senior Test Analyst, and 1-3 years of experience in managing external stakeholders.Strong understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Automation.Ability to analyse test results, identify gaps, and work with teams to drive improvements.Experience working with external vendor partners and facilitating testing coordination.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure the timely delivery of testing activities.Familiarity with platform tools and frameworks for test management, reporting, and defect tracking.Ability to mentor and guide new team members, ensuring proper onboarding and knowledge transfer.Expertise in testing Dynamics CRM (D365) or Siebel/ .Net platforms.Expertise in using Azure DevOps dashboards for test case and defect management.Testing practices and processes in Agile and Waterfall project environments.Desirable: Tertiary qualification in IT or ISQTB Certification.Perks of the role: $5000 annual training allowance for Permanent staff.Additional 5 days of paid training leave for Permanent staff.Access to industry-leading Testing experts who make up our management team.Formal mentoring and buddy programs.A dedicated Service Delivery Manager to assist you in planning your career goals and training courses (paid for by us).Opportunity to gain exposure to various client sites.$500 annual allowance for anything relating to your Health and Wellbeing.Next steps: Apply via Seek and send your most up-to-date resume along with authority for exclusive representation.Let us know if you prefer to be a Permanent Employee or Contractor.Include security clearance details (CSID Number, Level, and Expiry Date).Include contact details of 2 referees.Advise of your notice period and availability, including any upcoming leave dates (exceeding 1 week). #J-18808-Ljbffr
