The Director-General’s Office in Community Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking a high performing Executive Assistant to join our small and busy team. We have responsibility for a wide range of human services functions in the ACT, including multicultural affairs, community services, older people, women, public and community housing, children, youth and family support services and policy, Child and Family Centres, homelessness, community engagement, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs, and community disaster recovery. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Director-General to: Manage the Director-General’s calendar, Manage e-mails, telephone enquiries and other correspondence, Process invoices and payments, Liaise with executives, and assign tasks to line areas for completion, Facilitate the Director-General’s clearances in TRIM, Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a range of issues, some of which may be complex, sensitive, and challenging, and Work collaboratively with the Executive Officer and Executive Support Officer.
