Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to supervise and coordinate Slickline and Well Intervention Operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with both Company and Client operating procedures.
Other duties include, however not limited to:
1. Supervision and training of crew staff and subcontractors.
2. Manage maintenance of facilities and equipment in a safe operating condition and ensure adequate follow up and preventative measures and procedures are put into place.
3. Act on engineer’s job instruction as per procedures.
4. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checklist procedures are submitted.
5. Ensure effective handovers to opposite shift supervisor.
6. Complete and submit necessary operations paperwork in a timely, accurate manner. Maintain records.
7. Generate gauge reports for both client and company in electronic format. Maintain back up.
8. Recommend and discuss cost effective changes to systems/processes/equipment as necessary.
9. Maintain effective and regular communication with all interactive parties.
10. Continuous review of all activities including procedures, safe operating practices, JHA’s, risk assessments and hazard register.
11. Attend training courses as specified for individual development.
12. Become involved in the promotion of positive, pro-active decision making.
Qualifications
13. Experience in Slickline operations
14. Documented training in Slickline operations and associated equipment
15. Documented safety training
16. Valid driver's license
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
18. Supervisory skills training
19. Availability for a FIFO roster (15/13)
