Due to signing a new client, this hardware company requires a Project Manager to lead the Australian roll-out.
This is an operational project, not a technical one. Therefore, what is of up-most importance if your actual communication and project management pedigree.
This role is accountable for management of end-to-end implementations delivery, identifying areas of impediment and opportunities for improvement to ensure work assignments will be delivered on time and to expectation in terms of quality, deliverables, and outcomes.
Skill set / Experience required -
· Proven experience in a B2B Enterprise sales environment with a demonstrated history of deep customer engagement/understanding.
· Proven project management experience and formal qualification will be highly regarded.
· Experience within the logistics, fleet, transportation industry would be highly regarded.
· An excellent reputation as a reliable and customer focused professional.
· Experience in delivering business change relating to well ingrained ways of working and operational performance.
· Demonstrable experience managing the planning, and delivery of large, complex implementations including taking an active role leading process and procedure.
· The ability to manage tasks in accordance with cost budgets and advise relevant stakeholders of cost budgets for tasks assigned that contribute to business unit performance.
· The ability to identify potential operational and delivery risks and the development and implementation mitigation strategies to ensure agreed implementation timings.
· Lead the development of systems, processes, procedures, and strategies to implement work assignments and communicate the outcomes to ensure the adoption of new systems policies, processes, and procedures across the organisation.
· Provide routine and ad hoc reports on the operational performance of projects to highlight any trends, forecasts or risks that require management intervention and/or strategic solutions for further action.
· Facilitates strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence outcomes.
Working model - 3 days in office / 2 days WFH. No travel is required.
