As our newest Property Manager, you'll be at the forefront, ensuring our properties are managed with precision, and our landlords and tenants experience unparalleled service. Primary Tasks
Landlord & Tenant Liaison: Be the bridge that ensures smooth communication and resolves any concerns.
Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.
In/Outgoings: Manage financial aspects, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Routines: Regularly inspect properties, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Open for Inspections: Organise and oversee property viewings for potential tenants.
Data Entry: Ensure all property details are accurately recorded and updated.
Client Communication: Maintain open channels, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
Ad-hoc Duties: Tackle various tasks as directed, ensuring the smooth operation of our property management division.
Essential Skills & Experience
Real Estate experience is preferred, but at the very least a Real Estate Assistant Agents License (Certificate of Registration) is an absolute must.
Systems orientated with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organised with proven time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for making informed decisions.
Proficient in online technologies, with experience in Property Me being a notable advantage.
Outstanding customer service, ensuring both landlords and tenants feel valued - You have to be a people person!
