Morcare will give training to the successful candidate to support the client and partake in a Manual Handling Training Course.The incumbent should be comfortable with working with non-verbal and high clinical care clients.Your Responsibilities:As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks:Community Access - assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programsDomestic duties - maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry.Personal care activities including showering, dressing and toiletingSupporting clients within their own homes and out in the communityMeal assistance and preparation.Plus more!Qualifications:A Certificate or qualification that relates to Support Workers duties is preferred, but not required.We may consider transferable skills and personal experience as part of your application.
