Tax and Trustee Services Administration Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax and Trustee Services Administration Coordinator to join our team.
Key Accountabilities:
* Scanning and labeling post
* Maintaining databases and ensuring all records are up-to-date
* Raising invoices and taking fees
* Monitoring shared mailboxes for new business enquiries
* Making initial contact with prospects, over the phone, to explain the services
* Providing fee quotations
* Preparation of letters of engagement
* Arranging meetings and calls with clients
* Following up with clients where no responses have been received
* Chasing fees

Candidate Profile:
* Previous administration experience
* Experience of speaking with clients/customers over the phone
* Diligent and thorough individual, capable of working unsupervised
* Ability to prioritize work and be organized
* Interest in developing knowledge in tax and trustee services
* Able to judge new business opportunities and how they should be progressed
Contractual Hours:
9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
