Strong ability to streamline and improve business processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency within an organization. Effective collaboration skills, with a track record of working well with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, coordinated support. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to balance competing priorities and respond to urgent needs. A proactive approach to staff development and engagement, with a focus on promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and employee wellbeing. Sound knowledge of business operations and familiarity with current policies and procedures to drive effective support. What is an essential requirement: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or experience in managing business change and improvement initiatives. Current Australian drivers licence and ability to travel between sites.
