Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will have a wide array of responsibilities, including:
1. Manage sales orders and process using SAP.
2. Administrative tasks including: raising POs, inputting SKUs and any other sales related administration.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including credit controllers to ensure products are delivered within the designated timeframe.
4. Complete sales reports
5. Customer service inbound calls
