Job Description
Manage and optimise the online retail platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience for consumers.
Lead the eCommerce team and provide mentorship to direct reports.
Develop and implement a robust digital sales strategy.
Deliver regular reports on eCommerce performance and insights.
Analyse customer behaviour and sales trends to inform strategy.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content & CRM teams to align on campaigning.
Manage post 'go-live' testing and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have around 4-6 years of experience, along with the following criteria:
A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Must have eCommerce experience within the fashion retail space.
Proven experience managing an eCommerce platform in a retail setting.
Strong understanding of online retail trends and customer behaviour.
Must have experience managing and leading a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using eCommerce software and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
