About the opportunity:
Are you an experienced and dynamic strategic enterprise key account manager with a passion for customer experience, key account management and business growth? This business is a leading national B2B operational services organisation, they are seeking a highly skilled commercial enterprise account manager play a pivotal role managing and growing parterships with two high profile customers.
Duties & responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Oversee the management of two high profile strategic key accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met, and expectations exceeded. Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions.
* Business Development: Collaborate with the new business sales teams to insure a smooth handover process through to the account management function. Cultivate long-term client relationships that contribute to sustained business growth.
* Reporting & Performance: Analyse account performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to drive improvements. Provide regular reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of services and a consistent client experience.
Key skills & responsibilities:
* Proven experience in senior strategic key account manager roles with a demonstrable track record of managing enterprise level relationships up to C Suite level
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to infuence at all levels
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* A strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related subject
* You will be highly regarded if you have had experience coming an operationally focused geographical spread organisation
