Who We’re Looking For:
As an experienced Sous Chef, you’re passionate about creating standout dishes in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen. You lead by example, inspiring your team with your energy, knowledge, and dedication to quality. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Motivate and develop your kitchen team, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to execute exciting, innovative Tex-Mex menus that keep customers coming back for more.
* Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain a smooth-running kitchen.
* Uphold a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
What You Bring to the Table:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
* A true passion for food and the drive to create memorable dining experiences.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
