We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator at our Helidon Manufacturing Site.
In this role, you will oversee our Customer Supply Freight movements within our Warehouse/Magazine.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with our Production, Planning and Commercial teams to provide the best service to our customers, ensuring all Logistics movements are captured in the system, and providing leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the supply chain team.
Your efforts will be vital in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring that all materials are dispatched to our customers safely and efficiently.
What you will be doingWork with Planning, Commercial, Inventory and Production Stakeholders to coordinate safe and efficient Customer material supply;Maintaining Safety and Compliance requirements for Magazine Operation, Dangerous Goods Transport and site Logistics;Monitoring the freight schedule and loading times to achieve efficient and safe loading of Vehicles;Collaborating with our Transport Provider on Daily Activities and Improvement Opportunities;Maintaining and Monitoring Inventory of the Magazines;What you will bring5-10 years' Inventory, Logistics, Planning experience;Experience in Dangerous Goods product handling, Dangerous Goods Transport (Desirable);Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility Legislation, Heavy Vehicle Transport Safety (Desirable);Experience with SAP (Material Management and Transport Modules);Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong reporting skills;Prior experience in an industrial-sector company, such as manufacturing, mining or transport will be highly regarded.What we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
