This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Frankston and Warrnambool, and specialist programs such as the early parenting centres expansion and upgrade program.About VHBAThe Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.The Opportunity:The Director of Finance at VHBA will lead the finance division, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and operational financial systems to support the organization's extensive health infrastructure projects across Victoria. In this strategic role, the Director provides technical and reliable financial insights to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with government policies and addressing emerging risks. A key focus is on establishing strong financial controls, managing reporting requirements, and guiding the team in delivering accurate budget analyses and variance reports.
