Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Florida. This role will develop, maintain, and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules to support program objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program scheduling, earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis within the aerospace and defense industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules to align with program objectives.Ensure cross-functional integration of schedules across finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams.Track program plans, schedules, and performance, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts.Perform risk analysis and schedule variance assessments to support decision-making.To monitor program progress, utilize Gantt charts, PERT, milestone tracking, earned value management (EVM), and other project management tools.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), Business, Cost, and/or Finance OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.Experience in scheduling and program planning.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).Qualifications:Ability to obtain and maintain special program access.Aerospace/Defense industry experience.Strong Excel Macro/VBA skills.Experience working in Microsoft Project Server environment.Familiarity with Deltek Cobra, Deltek Acumen Risk, and DCMA health metrics.Strong schedule management and MS Project expertise.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge programs that contribute to security and technological advancements.Be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.Competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.If you are a highly motivated scheduling professional passionate about program planning and execution, we encourage you to apply!
