Our client, a government trading enterprise, that has an outstanding record as a comercially successful enterprise, is seeking an Administrator to join them for a 3 month contract with an immediate start.
Based in their Kwinana Commercial Offices you will be responsible for:.
1. Provide administration support for invoicing, purchase orders's etc.
2. Assisting other users with routine tasks and provide training and assistance in the new system when familiar with it.
You will have:
3. Demonstrated experience in office Administration.
4. Experience with a computer-based maintenance management system (Oracle preferred).
5. High level computer literacy skills, including Excel.
6. Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with internal customers.
7. Experience in Maintenance Mangement Systems and procurement systems is highly regarded.
