They boast an impressive portfolio of projects currently under construction and are experiencing strong growth. The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to manage the current FP&A team. This role has come about as a result of the significant growth in the business and the need to focus on identifying and achieving both short-term and long- term deliverables. As the FP&A Manager, you will report to the GM of Finance and have the following duties: Core role is working with Commercial Managers (East & West), GM Finance, and CFO to produce a budget (annual) and forecast (monthly) for board approval Preparation and delivery of long-term and medium-term Strategic Business Plans working hand in hand with the Business Development and Commercial Teams Group-wide budgets and forecasts to present to the Board Consolidated operational weekly and monthly management reporting and working with key internal stakeholders to design and develop reporting and KPI metrics that meet the needs of the major 2 divisions. Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support key business units and capital investment projects Supporting the EGM of Operations as required (e.g. on Business Cases, Tenders, etc) Process improvements including the assessment of fleet utilisation and how to improve performance reporting Business partner with key divisions in achieving budgeted targets Ad hoc project involvement What is Required? CA/CPA/CFA qualified or with relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling Experience working within a Big 4 Chartered firm (Audit, Advisory or Consulting would be highly regarded ) Experience managing multiple deadlines and exemplary organisation skills You will be curious and a proactive team player Experience working with non-finance stakeholders and being able to articulate key finance concepts How to ApplyTo express your interest in this opportunity, please hit the apply button or email Simon Clancy at (email protected)
