About the Role
In this opportunity as Marketing Operations Manager, you will:
1. Operational Efficiency: Use a strong data and analytics skill set to understand team performance, and design technology or process solutions that allow the team to go faster.
2. Influence Business Processes : Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflows, such as lead handling and campaign design.
3. Team Excellence: Own Marketing team training and onboarding, including managing external vendors.
4. Data Compliance: Take the lead on ensuring Marketers remain compliant and are up to speed with data regulation.
5. Change Management: Project manage team updates, such as the release of new global MarTech, implementation of AI tools or onboarding new product acquired teams.
6. Innovation: Join a strong Marketing Leadership team reporting to the Regional CMO focused on innovating client experience and finding new avenues of growth across the business.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Marketing Operations Manager if your background includes:
7. You have 5 years experience working in Marketing Operations.
8. You have experience in matrixed organizations operating across APAC.
9. You live and breath data analytics and can quickly interpret team performance for a B2B marketing organization.
10. You have experience with a wide range of MarTech and an interest about learning everything there is to know about new tools.
11. You are a self-starter capable of identifying and solutioning problems before they impact the wider business.
12. You have strong business acumen and can hold your own in cross-functional decision-making.
