Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management.
Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program.
Qualifications Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
Knowledge of Commissioning Qualification Verification (CQV) process on life sciences projects considered as highly desirable.
Knowledge of operational shutdown planning on life sciences, process or mission critical projects considered as highly desirable.
Experience in other elements of project controls – cost, risk etc.
