We have a unique opportunity for a highly organised, motivated individual to join the CBS Inc. Corporate Services Team as a Project Officer. This dynamic role supports operational aspects of our successful Community Concierge SA (CCSA) Social Enterprise and provides essential project support for our Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
Reporting directly to the QA/WHS and Projects Coordinator, this role is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful social impact, with strengths in administration, communication, and supporting projects that positively influence lives and ensure quality service delivery.

About the Roles: Provide operational support for Community Concierge SA, including staffing, rostering, and day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes for Concierge staff. Offer support across CBS Inc. projects, focusing specifically on QA and other projects. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data management systems. Support internal and external audit preparation and compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards. Assist in preparing reports, meeting agendas, and project documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business development activities. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Promote inclusion and support positive employment and community outcomes for people with disabilities.
