We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to lead our recruitment and HR support functions—someone who thrives in a startup-style environment, wears multiple hats, and wants to grow with the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across IT, digital services, and corporate functions—from job posting to candidate onboarding.Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver talent pipelines aligned to client projects.Proactively source top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, Seek, internal CRM, referrals, and other networks.Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, project fit, and alignment with Indigitise values.Draft and manage employment agreements in coordination with our legal and compliance team.Lead onboarding and induction for new consultants and employees, ensuring smooth transitions and great first impressions.Support day-to-day people operations including contract renewals, HR systems updates, timesheet queries, and performance feedback loops.Contribute to the development of scalable people policies, internal processes, and culture initiatives.Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, escalating issues where necessary.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or diploma in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (desirable but not essential).Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR—experience in IT consulting or staffing services experience in Canberra is highly regarded.Familiarity with Australian employment frameworks, Fair Work practices, and contract types (PAYG, ABN, subcontractor, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.Must be Australian CitizenExperience using ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, JobAdder) is a plus.Agile mindset with the ability to adapt, multitask, and own outcomes in a growing company.What We OfferAnnual professional development allowanceLaptop and mobile phone providedFlexible work arrangements – remote/hybrid optionsSupportive, entrepreneurial team cultureQuarterly team events and rewardsCareer growth path to lead a small People & Culture team as we scale, including exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) development and automation initiativesWhy Indigitise?Indigitise is not just a tech company—we’re a people-first business, proud of our startup spirit and ambitious roadmap.
