About this role
The Inbound Sales team is a vital part of our business. You will mainly work on qualifying, developing and closing new deals with our Partner and Directors. Your role is to communicate with prospective clients who are interested in our services and solutions, and to introduce them to the relevant Grant Thornton people. You will also write and improve proposals for current opportunities, and use marketing campaigns and events to engage prospects. You will collaborate with Directors and Partners from different business lines to help future clients and grow the firm.
Key responsibilities
4. Qualify inbound opportunities in alignment with the firms’ strategies
5. Introduce relevant Grant Thornton stakeholders to prospective clients
6. Prepare and develop proposals on live opportunities
7. Nurture prospects by leveraging marketing campaigns and events
8. Log activities in CRM and CRM management
9. Closely collaborate with Directors and Partners across various business lines to support future clients
Skills & experience
10. Sales or client-facing experience, engaging with to either existing customers and new prospects
11. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
12. Ability to comfortably engage in a virtual environment
13. Proven track record of consistently exceeding KPIs
14. Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce is a plus
