We are seeking a Principal Engineer, Platform to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.The Principal Engineer, Platform is responsible for the design, build and management of componentised architecture for QUT core systems and platforms. This role will play a key role in the technology shift from monolithic and manually configured applications to managed, secure, scalable, pipelined platforms. This role will work closely alongside portfolio, cloud engineering, and security teams to automate infrastructure processes and assist in developing managed application environments that enable functional portfolio teams to focus on features instead of the development of foundational services. The Principal Engineer, Platform will also develop the scaffolding services outlined in the architectural vision for DBS.
