About the role
This is a diverse role combining sales administration, customer service and sales
What you would do in this role
1. Counter and telephone sales
2. Stock audits and inventory
3. General administration and housekeeping (including OH&S)
4. Ordering branch supplies and co-ordinating cyclic stock counts / stock cleansing
5. Processing and following up overdue purchase and customer orders
6. Monitoring and maintaining drop shipment orders and quarantine stock

7. A highly organised administrator with a strong eye for detail
8. Customer and sales focused
9. Proficient with computer technology and systems – we will train you
10. A positive and optimistic attitude
11. A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers – no job is too big or too small
12. A strong sense of urgency - the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
13. Experience in a trades environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you’re passionate about learning our industry and product range
