As a Professional in Client Training, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' understanding and utilisation of our digital solutions. Your role involves traveling to various client sites, delivering high-quality training sessions, and ensuring clients are equipped to maximize their use of CoreLogic's products. Additionally, you will leverage passive selling and upselling techniques to introduce clients to additional products and services that align with their needs. What will you be doing? Client Training & Engagement: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to clients on CoreLogic's digital solutions. Customise training content to meet the specific needs of diverse client groups. Travel & Client Interaction: Travel to client locations as required to provide hands-on training and support. Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied and confident in using our solutions. Passive Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and services that complement their current solutions. Use passive selling techniques to suggest relevant upgrades and new features based on client needs and usage patterns. Market Insights & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in the real estate industry and CoreLogic's product offerings. Use this knowledge to provide relevant and valuable insights during training sessions. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Client Success and Sales teams to identify training needs and develop strategies that align with client goals. Contribute to strategic planning for client engagement and product adoption. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs. Exceptional People Skills: Strong ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives and team members, with professionalism and empathy. Real Estate Passion: While prior real estate experience is preferred, a genuine interest in the industry and our solutions is essential. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client locations as needed. (Valid Drivers License & Reliable Car) Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Experience & Skills: Previous experience in training or a client-facing role, with a track record of success in delivering high-quality training programs. Knowledge of digital solutions and their application in the real estate sector is advantageous. Sales Acumen: Ability to identify upselling opportunities and effectively introduce clients to additional products and services that enhance their CoreLogic experience. Billable Time Percentage: Achieve and maintain a target percentage of billable hours relative to total working hours, ensuring a high level of productivity and effective use of time in client training and related activities. This percentage will be a key measure of your efficiency and contribution to revenue generation. What does success look like?
