You will provide expert advice and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders for all areas of network and telephony services. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, management and security of Perth Airport’s network and communications infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance and reliability to support critical business operations.About the Role:Deliver high-quality technical administration, operation, and support services to ensure network and communication systems are reliable, secure, and high-performing.Work collaboratively and autonomously to provide specialist expertise, liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes within agreed service levels, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and telephony issues, engaging with vendors and business users as needed.Implement, configure, and maintain network hardware and software for on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.Monitor and proactively maintain all network systems, recommending and executing updates and upgrades to align with best practices and security standards.Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation of network systems, configurations, and processes.Support major incident management processes, collaborating with technology teams, business users, and vendors to ensure rapid response and resolution.About You:Tertiary qualification in IT or a related field.CCNA / CCNP certification with strong practical experience.Minimum of 5 years as a Network Specialist/Engineer with demonstrated experience in Cisco Switching, Routing, FTD, ASA, Wireless, TCP/IP, Network Routing Protocols, and ISE.Highly organised, methodical, and process driven with a strong focus on detail and documentation.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to deliver results with integrity, building trust and confidence through reliability and accountability.A team player who fosters strong working relationships across the business to deliver innovative and effective network solutions.About Us:We offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
