Job Description
* Drive essential improvements in fixed plant reliability within the mining sector.
* Lead and perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns.
* Implement optimisation to boost reliability of fixed plant assets.
* Oversee equipment data integrity and life cycle management.
* Manage wear materials across high-impact areas.
* Support budgeting and continuous improvement projects.
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in Engineering, ideally with SAP experience.
* Strong problem-solving with tools like FMEA and RCA.
* Extensive maintenance/reliability experience in mining or oil and gas.
* Knowledge of WA Mines Regulations and Australian Standards.
* Skilled communicator and collaborator with a safety-driven mindset.
