The Trade Counter Sales is a Full-time position, based at Brookvale - NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the deliveries of Gyprock to our customers and working within the warehouse. In this role you will : Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone) To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store Processing orders, invoices and payments Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 3:00pm. Saturdays as required. About you: Experience in customer service or trade counter sales Ability to handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage stock inquiries. Strong communication, interpersonal and basic computer skills Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved). A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
