Growth in the position to oversee Logistics Coordinators. The Client: Manufacturer based in Bankstown. They are currently looking for a Project & Logistics Coordinator to join their NSW team. The Job: Basic warehouse & logistics tasks when needed i.e. dispatch and receiving of stock (office-based). Coordinating local imports and export shipments - raw materials through a fast-paced supply chain network. Shipment tracking, updating purchase orders, SKUs. Overseeing the flow of export containers to final destinations worldwide. Inventory management and reconciliation, sea freight, and other service providers. Liaising with external suppliers and clients where needed to influence positive outcomes. Investigate invoice and payment disputes. Growth in the position to oversee Logistics Coordinators. General administration using MS Office and other software. Skills & Experience Required: Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills. Exposure to project coordination and ability to use MS Office software. Experience in warehousing, logistics, and technical installations.
