About The RoleAs our Project Support Officer, you will:Support the Regional Directorate to manage Ministerial, senior management, and client engagement and visitation.Assist in the coordination and preparation of high-level correspondence, including the use of eDocs and MECS support systems.Maintain effective and professional communication and engagement with senior management, staff, and a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.Provide administrative, financial, and human resource support to the Regional Director, Regional Managers, Project Leaders, and staff, in accordance with Departmental guidelines and protocols.Maintain skills and assist staff utilizing various software packages including MECS, eDocs, Microsoft Office, and other Departmental decision support tools.Manage own work flow efficiently, negotiating priorities and timeframes.Provide courteous, efficient, and timely customer service (internal and external) while working as an effective team member, and supporting a positive culture.You might also have:Experience in the following departmental systems - Edocs, MECS, ExpenseMe Pro, PARIS, CTM.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking the best-suited candidate for the role.
