As a Temporary Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting office operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and providing general office support. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Assist in organising and maintaining office files and records.
* Provide general administrative support to various teams within the organisation.
* Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
* Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
* Handle phone calls and inquiries and direct them appropriately.

Qualifications:

Duration and Compensation:
This is a temporary position ready to start ASAP and last 8 weeks. The position will be full time with a competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity for extension based on performance and company needs.
