About The Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service? Join our dynamic team at Midland Brick, Hazelmere, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer support.
Your Role Will Include
* Verify and resolve discrepancies in order documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Provide timely updates and outstanding customer service to our clients.
* Communicate stock availability, product changes, and alternative options to customers.
* Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
* Coordinate deliveries with both internal teams and external logistics partners.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in the building or construction industry (highly desirable).
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency in order management systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
