Human Resources and Industrial Relations ManagerClosing Date:17th January 2025Location:DarwinPayLevel 10 - Salary $129,285 - $137,158 (excluding super and locality allowance)Employment Type:Full Time PermanentAbout the roleThe Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to all aspects of human resource processes and practices.This role will develop and lead the Human Resources (HR) team and effectively manage industrial and employee relations, performance management, recruitment and retention, compliance, and provide support to payroll services.The manager will lead HR and Industrial Relations strategies to align with organisational goals, ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Agreement, National Employment Standards (NES), the Fair Work Act, and Workplace Health and Safety legislation, with a focus on supporting EARC's business units.This position will oversee staff development and retention, and the resolution of complex employee relations issues, while driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.This position requires a leader who will effectively navigate complex challenges, ensuring a compliant, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.Housing and Relocation Assistance are not available with this role.Access to housing in the Darwin region is a must for the successful candidate.
