We work on all sorts of real cool projects across QLD & NSW including façade inspections, concrete repairs, waterproofing, glazing, height safety installations, cladding replacement, full building washdowns and more. Your role will include: Organise and manage day to day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the team, including scheduling of the tradesman. Quality Assurance in a positive, efficient and productive manner with pride, excellent workmanship and quality. Responsible for managing major projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, budget and to the highest level of quality. Health & Safety responsibilities. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Work with senior stakeholders. What we need from you: Strong understanding of rope access. Experience with both building façade construction and maintenance work would help. Organised with an eye for detail. Practical mindset and be able to think on your feet. Strong communication and people management skills. Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top-notch. Strong computer and writing skills. A trade would be advantageous. If you didn't tick all the boxes, then don't stress… this could be your first operations manager job! You might even be a level 3 who is looking at getting off the ropes.
