You will collaborate with a team of ServiceNow experts to deliver solutions for various clients.You'll lead workshops to showcase platform capabilities, assess the client's current state, identify their goals, and present the proposed solution.You'll help clients understand ServiceNow's functionality by delivering high-quality presentations, including demonstrations, defining user stories, testing, and supporting both sales and delivery efforts.You will mentor and train junior team members, as well as create documentation and training materials for the solutions implemented, ensuring the client is properly trained.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting setting.They should have a strong understanding of Business Analysis, Service Management concepts, and delivery assurance principles and processes.Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is essential, with experience in platform delivery and enhancement being highly desirable.Expertise in ServiceNOW IRM (Integrated Risk Management), GRC (Governance Risk Compliance), and BCM (Business Continuity Management) is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to present solutions to clients, including senior management, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.You should be capable of working both independently and within a team, meeting project deadlines, and demonstrating a proactive, creative mindset.The role also requires the ability to research solutions, make recommendations, and a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.#J-18808-Ljbffr
