Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Broker Support Officer to assist one of our directors prepare loan applications for submission to the lenders. This role would ideally suit someone with existing residential mortgage or banking experience with mortgage administration or loans processing background. The role will entail data entry into Podium software platform, processing of loans & follow up of lenders, generating and completing compliance documents, preparation of loan summary's and servicing calculators, liaising with clients and lenders to ensure lender policy is met and the best outcomes are achieved for our clients. We will provide you with flexible hours and working environment and in return we seek a positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to support our Director with compiling our client's loan applications. Our office is based in Como with ample free car parking and access to public transport close by. This role will ideally suit someone seeking a 4 or 5 day per week role, with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, but ideal days/hours can be agreed on for the right applicant.
