The Opportunity:
The purpose of the position is to provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all queries regarding Service & Parts support ensuring the Branch meets the operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter).
Roster: Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week
Role Located: Mt Isa

What we are looking for:
* Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems.
* Intermediate Level skills in Microsoft Excel
* Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment (strong mechanical aptitude will be advantageous).
* Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded. (will be advantageous).
* Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous).
* Good understanding of how a service department operates
* Must understand the warranty guidelines and process
* Appropriate demeanour for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service.
* Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems (will be advantageous).
* Must have the appropriate demeanor to create and work in a positive team atmosphere.
* Ability to work under pressure and independently
* Ability to upsell parts and potential service sales
* Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
