Delivering on a major contract – Ensure smooth operations and quality outcomes on a contract that’s shaping the future of telecommunications. Safety, first and always – Drive Service Stream’s Safety Leadership Model – WALK, TALK, LEAD, and CARE – setting the standard for safe and efficient field operations. Solving challenges in real time – Provide hands-on support and expert problem-solving when complex issues arise. Strengthening relationships – Work closely with nbn and internal teams to keep projects on track and expectations aligned. Continuous improvement – Work alongside the State Manager and other Area Managers to refine processes and push for operational excellence. Who we’re looking for: A proven leader who has led teams before and know how to motivate, guide, and deliver results. An operational problem-solver who can think on their feet and solutions-focused, you see challenges as opportunities. A down to earth people person with excellent communication, can influence and build strong working relationships. Industry experience? A big plus – If you’ve worked in Field Telecommunications, Construction, or a Field-based role, even better. Consider yourself tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
