How will I help?
The Marketing Communications Manager role sits within the Strategic Marketing Communications and Journeys team in the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
This role focuses on supporting the Private Wealth Line of Business, which includes Private Banking, Investment Services, and Online Share Trading. You’ll play a key role in delivering clients an enduring financial advantage by providing insights, expertise, and opportunities that help them grow, manage, and protect their wealth.
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will take ownership of executing client communication programs and CRM initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Private Wealth Client Experience team and external suppliers to ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and align with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
* Collaborate with Private Wealth stakeholders to develop and execute end to end CRM campaigns focused on acquisition and retention for Private Banking, Global Investment Services, and Online Share Trading.
* Work with creative agencies and vendors to ensure all communications are delivered on time and adhere to brand guidelines and best practices, maintaining consistency across all client-facing materials.
* Track and analyse campaign success metrics, identifying key insights to drive improvements in client advocacy, NPS, and retention strategies.
* Use data-driven insights to proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, advocacy, and overall retention.
* Role model key values of courage, creativity, connectivity, and commerciality in all aspects of the role, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What do I need?
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience in Financial Services (ideally wealth), with a focus on client communications and CRM.
* Be degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Be highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
* Have proven CRM campaign management experience, including planning, execution, and reporting.
* Be proficient in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
* Have experience using data to inform and optimise campaigns, leveraging insights to improve performance.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* Be proactive, focused on results and continuous improvement.
