Maximise Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic part-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team at our Palmerston office. The scope of duties for this role will encompass all aspects of front office / clinic reception operations including:
1. Point of sale
2. Bookings management
3. General administrative service co-ordination for our satellite sites at Humpty Doo, Casuarina, and Cairns
Selection criteria for this position will include:
1. Previous administrative experience, preferably within the Healthcare industry
2. Strong attention to detail
3. EFTPOS and cash handling skills
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
This part-time permanent position is offered at 20-30 hours per week, to be worked across clinic opening times 8am-6:30pm Monday-Friday and 8-1pm Saturday, and available for immediate start.
