We're hiring a Construction Coordinator & Site Supervisor and multiple Construction Workers to support our expanding projects.
Construction Coordinator & Site Supervisor As a leader on our team, you'll oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and contractors Ensure strict safety compliance, conduct toolbox meetings, and manage SWMS, JSA, and SOPs Coordinate schedules, materials, and budgets for on-time, high-quality project completion Conduct site inspections, maintain equipment, and report project progress Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and overall project execution What You Need: Qualifications: CBS Registration, relevant trade qualification or degree, White Card, Forklift License, Working at Heights Certificate Skills: Leadership, project coordination, safety & quality management, problem-solving, strong communication Experience: Proven track record in construction supervision, project & cost control, equipment servicing, and site safety management Construction Workers (Skilled & General Positions Available) We're also hiring hardworking and safety-conscious Construction Workers to support our projects.
