Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's integrated marketing strategy. This is a full-time role based in Wodonga, VIC. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand awareness, digital presence, and lead-generation efforts to support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
* Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns
* Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and client-facing materials
* Collaborate with different departments to align marketing activities and generate qualified leads
* Analyse marketing performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain competitive and effective
* Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of all marketing initiatives
* Develop and manage a team of marketing coordinators across the company's businesses remotely and face-to-face
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
* Develop and execute customer loyalty/retention events & programs
* Develop and monitor sponsorship and community partnerships that align with the company's core values
* Monitor and respond to online reviews accordingly and in a timely manner
* Provide insights to the management team regarding new market trends and advancements that will benefit ROI
* Attend and organise events
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
* Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
* Strong understanding of marketing analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
