We are looking for an APAC Analytics Manager. This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's finest global technology firms in a freshly formed team dedicated to delivering the greatest digital marketing in the world. We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact, exuding confidence and able to motivate, educate, and aid in the development of a successful regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
The Analytics Manager is a key driver of insight and strategic thinking. The primary responsibility is to provide analytics-based strategic insights and directions to aid in the development of media & communications initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Ownership – being the APAC steward for the overall APAC Analytics team.
* Quality – translating all Adobe requirements across the region into quality analytical value.
The candidate will primarily lead the region's analytics to provide insightful strategic decisions, knowledge transfer, training, and leadership.
Maintain & Develop Relationships:
* Actively contribute to weekly meetings, raising potential issues across Adobe’s portfolio.
* Developing a close working relationship with Google and other platforms.
* Drive engagement with the global Centre of Excellence (USA).
Product & Communication:
* Create a leadership position on Adobe Analytics.
* Run regression analysis to create strategic insights.
* Respond to client website management tasks on AA goal tracking.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Work with Adobe to design and execute analytical plans.
* Perform ongoing analysis to ensure timely adjustment of campaigns.
* Develop and maintain Advanced reporting systems.
Team Development:
It is the Analytics Manager's responsibility to:
* Assist in leading, inspiring, and motivating the team.

Experience:
* 3-6 years of work experience in a quantitative business environment.
